Store Credits - Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the issuance, use, and management of Store Credit on the Astrotalk store platform (the "Platform"). By accepting or using Store Credit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General
1.1. What is Store Credit? Store Credit is a non-monetary credit issued by Maskyeti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to a customer's account. It can be used as a payment method for purchasing products available on the Astrotalk store.
1.2. No Cash Value: Store Credit is not legal tender, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn to a bank account under any circumstances.
1.3. Non-Transferable: Store Credit is linked to the individual customer account to which it was issued. It is strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person or account.
2. Issuance of Store Credit
Store Credit will be issued at the sole discretion of Maskyeti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in the following situations:
2.1. Returns:
- For eligible products returned within the 7-day return window, Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued to your account instead of a refund to the original payment method.
- If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, a full Store Credit refund will be issued upon successful processing of the return.

Partial returns of an order will result in a partial Store Credit being issued for the value of the specific product(s) returned.
- While initiating a return, customers must provide supporting photos/videos as proof of the issue.
- Returns will be picked up from the same address where the product was originally delivered.
- Kindly reach out to us for missing item cases within 72 hours of delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained.
2.2. Exchanges: If the customer wishes to exchange a product for a lower-priced item, the customer may be offered Store Credit to cover the price difference at Maskyeti’s discretion.
2.3. Prepaid RTO (Return to Origin): For prepaid orders that are returned to us because they were undelivered or refused at the destination, Store Credit for the order value will be issued to the customer’s account. This will be processed approximately 7 days after the RTO is initiated and will be subject to deductions for any applicable shipping charges or penalties.
2.4. Promotional & Marketing Campaigns: Maskyeti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may issue promotional Store Credit as part of marketing campaigns. Such credits will be subject to specific terms, including shorter expiration periods (e.g., 3 days), which will be clearly communicated during the campaign.
2.5. Customer Service & Goodwill Gestures: Store Credit may be issued as a gesture of goodwill in various situations, at the sole discretion of Maskyeti.
3. Using Your Store Credit
3.1. At Checkout:
- You can use your available Store Credit balance to pay for all or part of your order at the checkout page.
- If your order total is less than your Store Credit balance, the remaining credit will be saved in your account for future use.
- If your order total exceeds your Store Credit balance, you must pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, digital wallet).
3.2. Application: Store Credit will be applied to the final cart value and no discount coupons or promotional codes will be applied when store credit is used.
3.3. Minimum Purchase: Maskyeti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to implement a minimum purchase value for the redemption of Store Credit. Any such requirement will be communicated on the platform.
4. Expiration of Store Credit
4.1. Standard Expiration: Unless specified otherwise (e.g., for promotional credits), Store Credit is valid for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of issuance.
4.2. Promotional Expiration: Promotional credits may have a shorter validity period (e.g., 3 days). The specific expiry date will be communicated at the time of issuance.
4.3. Expiration Notifications: We will attempt to notify the customer via email and/or in-app notifications 30 days before the standard Store Credit balance is set to expire. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor your account and use the credit before it expires.
4.4. Credit from Cancelled Refunded Orders: If an order paid for using Store Credit is cancelled or returned, the amount of Store Credit used will be refunded back to the customer’s Store Credit balance.
5. Visibility and Management
The customer can view their current Store Credit balance, a detailed transaction history (credits issued and used), and the expiry dates of the credits in the "My Account" section of the Astrotalk store.
6. Guidelines and Restrictions
6.1. Policy Abuse: Maskyeti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or restrict Store Credit privileges for any customer found to be abusing the return, RTO, or cancellation policies. Repeated refusal of prepaid deliveries may lead to restrictions on future transactions.
6.2. Refunds to Original Payment Method: In specific cases where you request and are approved for a refund to your original payment method instead of Store Credit, the refund will be processed accordingly, and no Store Credit will be issued for that transaction.
6.3. Disputes: Any disputes or discrepancies regarding your Store Credit balance must be reported to our Customer Service team for investigation.
7. Modification of Terms
Maskyeti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Store Credit program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be updated on this page and will be effective immediately. Continued use of the Store Credit program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
