1. Offer Eligibility & Applicability

1.1. Prepaid Orders Only: This offer is valid exclusively for Prepaid Orders. Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) OR Partial COD are not eligible for cashback.

1.2. Minimum Order Value: For orders where the total amount paid via UPI/Cards is below ₹499, the cashback amount will be equal to the exact UPI amount paid (not 100% of the product price). Orders paid fully via Store Credit with no UPI component remain ineligible.

2. Cashback Calculation & Limits

2.1. Single Unit Cap: 100% Cashback is applicable on only one (1) unit of the Eligible Product per order per user.

  • Scenario A: If you order two (2) units of the Eligible Product, you will receive cashback equivalent to the price of one unit only.
  • Scenario B: If your order contains four (4) units of the Eligible Product and five (5) units of other products, you will receive cashback equivalent to the price of one Eligible Product unit only. No cashback will be provided for the remaining Eligible Products or the other items.

2.2. Split Payments (Store Credit + UPI): If an order is paid using a combination of Store Credit and UPI/Online Banking, the cashback is calculated ONLY on the amount paid via the external gateway (UPI/Cards). If the UPI portion is ₹999 or more: Cashback is capped at ₹999. If the UPI portion is below ₹499: Cashback equals the exact UPI amount paid. The portion covered by Store Credit is strictly excluded from cashback eligibility.

2.3. Lifetime Usage Limit: This offer is valid only once per user lifetime. Once a user has successfully received cashback for any promotional campaign, they will not be eligible to receive cashback on any subsequent orders, even if the new order meets all other criteria.

2.4. Maximum Cashback Limit per Order: Notwithstanding any other clause, the maximum cashback that can be issued for any single order shall be capped at ₹999. Even if the Eligible Product price exceeds ₹999, the cashback credited will not exceed ₹999 per order per user.

3. Credit Mechanism

3.1. Type of Credit: The cashback amount will be credited to your account wallet as Silver Cash.

3.2. Immediate Credit: The cashback will be credited to your wallet immediately upon order confirmation at the time of purchase.

3.3. Usage Rules: Silver Cash comes with an expiration date of 30 days from issuance. Silver Cash can be used to pay for up to 25% of future order values. Silver Cash cannot be used on COD or Partial COD orders.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refund Adjustments

4.1. Cashback Adjustment on Cancellation or Return: If you cancel or return an order for which cashback was issued, the cashback amount will be reversed from your wallet. If the cashback has already been partially or fully used on other orders, the used amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Formula: Refund = Order Amount Paid – Cashback Already Used on Other Orders (minimum ₹0, never negative)

Example: You received ₹1,000 cashback from Order A and used ₹600 on Order B. If Order A is cancelled, your refund = ₹1,000 – ₹600 = ₹400.

4.2. Partial Returns: If only some items from the cashback order are returned, the cashback adjustment is proportional to the returned value relative to the total order value.

Example: Order A was ₹2,000 with ₹1,000 cashback. You return items worth ₹1,000 (50% of order). Proportional cashback adjusted = 50% × ₹1,000 = ₹500. This amount will be deducted from your refund or reversed from your wallet.

4.3. Seller/Platform Fault Exemption: If the cancellation or return is caused by the seller (e.g., out of stock, wrong item shipped) or courier (e.g., lost, damaged, failed delivery), no cashback adjustment will apply. You will receive a full refund.

4.4. Customer-Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery of an order for which cashback was issued, the refund will be subject to cashback adjustment as per Section 4.1.

4.5. Unused Cashback Reversal: Any unused cashback remaining in your wallet will be automatically reversed upon cancellation or return of the qualifying order.
